He’s a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), a Profit First Professional, and the co-host of the From Burnt Out to Bought Out podcast.

A few things you might be wondering.

Is this really free?

Yes. The event is sponsored by Synergy Solutions and a great group of local partners — Align, Structural Wood Corporation, Upstate Doors, Kindle & Forge, New Testament Church, the From Burnt Out to Bought Out podcast, and Esther’s Coffee House. Coffee and light snacks are on us.

Is this a sales pitch?

No. Ryan will walk through the framework and answer real questions. If you want to keep talking about how Synergy could help your business afterward, great — but the event itself is about giving you something useful, not selling you something.

Who should come?

Owner-operators of businesses doing roughly $1M–$10M in revenue. If you’ve got people, a P&L, and a problem you can’t quite solve — you’re in the right room. Bring your business partner or your right-hand if you’d like.

What should I bring?

Yourself, your toughest business question, and a notebook if you’re a note-taker. That’s it. No dress code — this is a coffee house, not a boardroom.

Where should I park?

There’s street parking on Andrews Street and surrounding blocks in downtown Massena. Plan to arrive a few minutes early to grab a spot and settle in.

Can I bring someone?

Absolutely. Just include them in the RSVP form so we know how many seats to save. We need to know in advance so we have enough coffee and chairs.

What if I can’t make it?

If something changes, just reply to your confirmation email and let us know — we’ll offer your seat to someone on the waitlist. And once you’re on the list, you’ll automatically hear about future Synergy events in the North Country.

Will there be a recording?

No. This one is in person only. The conversations and the Q&A are part of why it works — we want people in the room, not on a screen.
